PARK CITY, Utah (April 29, 2015) — Take mom to a Park City restaurant this Mother’s Day for a meal she won’t soon forget.

On Sunday, May 10, restaurants across the Park City area are offering a range of special menus and discounts.  For those who prefer the comfort of home, Deer Valley Grocery~Café, Done to Your Taste and Cuisine Unlimited are offering a host of delicious take-home dishes that will keep you from having to labor away in the kitchen — and quickly turn you into mom’s favorite.

“We’ve got something for everyone this Mother’s Day,” PCARA executive director Ginger Ries said. “Join us for a fun, tasty, stress-free and memorable meal.”

Take-home catered buffet brunch: $40 per person

Utah’s favorite deluxe caterer is offering a great way to honor your mom this Mother’s Day. For just $40 a person, bring a deluxe brunch buffet to your home, replete with banana-pecan-stuffed brioche with amour warm rose geranium syrup, a spinach and reggiano frittata with roasted peppers, ham and mashed potato roulade, crepe torte with smoked salmon and herbed cream cheese, asparagus bundles with orange, arugula and Jicama citrus salads, baskets of breakfast breads and jumbo-stemmed chocolate confetti strawberries.

Orders must be placed by Thursday, May 7. Pick-up will be Friday, May 8, or Saturday, May 19, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Delivery on Sunday is also available for a small fee.
