SOLITUDE MOUNTAIN RESORT OPENS DECEMBER 2

Resort welcomes skiers and snowboarders for Opening Day

WHAT: Solitude Mountain Resort celebrates Opening Day of the 2017-18 winter season with 3 open runs and 6 lifts turning. The Resort currently has a base of 19 inches and is only expected to grow with the upcoming snow in the forecast.

Dining options available on December 2 will include Moonbeam Lodge, Argenta Pub, Honeycomb Grill, Stone Haus Pizzeria & Creamery, Thirsty Squirrel, and St. Bernard’s for breakfast only.

Nordic Center will open when conditions allow.

WHO: Located in Big Cottonwood Canyon, Utah, Solitude Mountain Resort offers eight chairlifts, 77 runs, three bowls and 500 annual inches of snow spread over 1,200 acres for skiing and snowboarding. The Nordic Center and Solitude Mountain Spa, along with a variety of lodging, dining and shopping options give guests the ultimate mountain experience.

PRICE: Early season full-day lift ticket prices are $65 for adults, $55 for seniors, $45 for juniors, and free for children 6 years old and under. Season passes can also be purchased at solitudemountain.com/lift-tickets.
