BAMBARA CELEBRATES FATHER’S DAY WITH A BEER-TASTING DUEL

Call it a “brew”-ha-ha.

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (June 2016) ­— Call it a “brew”-ha-ha. 

Bambara at the Hotel Monaco, voted Salt Lake City’s Best Restaurant, is serving up a special prix-fixe menu for Father’s Day, accompanied by beers going head-to-head and a chance for a lucky guest to win a free night’s stay at the hotel. 

Enjoy either a three- or four-course meal, featuring a two-beer pairing per course. Guests will be given scorecards to mark which beer goes best with each dish, and every participant will be entered in a raffle for a complimentary overnight visit to the hotel, plus late checkout and brunch for two at Bambara. 

“It’s a dual-beer pairing, but it might as well be called a beer-pairing duel,” Bambara’s Executive Chef Nathan Powers said. “This is going to be a lot of fun, with some phenomenal dishes dad’s definitely going to enjoy. We’d love to have you join us.”

Bambara, a Kimpton restaurant, is a lively, inspired and altogether approachable New American bistro in downtown Salt Lake.
