ALTA SKI AREA
Alta's's beloved torchlight parade returns again to welcome 2024. The big bonfire and firework show filling the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon is truly spectacular as the bright colors reflect off the surrounding snowy peaks. Guests can opt to ride the Wildcat lift to participate in a torchlight parade from the Collins mid-station to the base area while Alta Ski Patrol skis down High Boy in grand style with red flares. At the time of this writing, Alta is boasting the greatest amount of snowfall in the Lower 48 and that is certainly worth celebrating!
Wildcat and Collins will begin loading at 5:15 pm on December 31 and the parade will begin at 6pm. Torchlight lift tickets for $10 will be LIMITED to the first 500 skiers. Alta season passholders may obtain a ticket for free. This parade is NOT for beginning skiers. Participants must bring their own flashlight or headlamp and dress very warmly.

BRIAN HEAD RESORT
Brian Head Ski Resort is now taking reservations for their New Year's Eve Dinner in the Last Chair Grill. Tickets are $75 per adult and $35 for children for a mouthwatering menu featuring craft cocktails, lobster bisque, prime rib, whiskey salmon, grilled chicken breast, pasta, a full-service salad bar, succulent desert, and more. Finish out the evening and cut a rug to live music by Muddy Boots until 1 am (no cover charge).
To light up the night, Brian Head's Torchlight Parade will begin at 7pm with a firework display at 7:30pm.

DEER VALLEY RESORT
Deer Valley's annual Torchlight Parade will transpire on Saturday, December 30 from 5:30–7:30pm. Guests are welcome to witness the spectacle near the Snow Park Lodge. Deer Valley employees will ski down the Big Stick ski run on Bald Eagle Mountain at approximately 6pm (dusk). The resort will offer free hot chocolate, cider, and cookies on the Snow Park Plaza. This event is great for kids and families!

EAGLE POINT RESORT
Eagle Point Resort welcomes guests to their Winter Music Series at the Canyonside Lodge. Music will kick off at 8pm with Boombox Dave and a New Year's Eve Party.

NORDIC VALLEY
Join Nordic Valley for the annual New Year's Eve Barn Bash! The festivities run from 3pm on December 31 to 1am on January 1, peep the schedule below. 
Nordic brings the best and biggest party to the sleepy Ogden Valley! Bid farewell to 2023 with the torchlight parade, fireworks, and live music from two bands jamming in the Old Barn. The barn will have late-night snacks on offer, drinks, and dancing. Skiing and snowboarding will be offered all day and into the night.

PARK CITY MOUNTAIN
The action at Park City Mountain will debut at the Canyons Village at 5pm. The band Rage Against the Supremes will be jamming out on the Forum Stage from 5:30-7:30pm followed by a firework show.
Following the show, Park City guests are welcome to keep the party going with the Grand Summit New Year's Eve Party in the Kokopelli Grand Ballroom. Tickets are $150 for adults and $85 for children aged 3-12. The festivities include family-friendly food stations, games, party favors, and a rockin' DJ from 7:30–10:30pm.

POWDER MOUNTAIN
Enjoy live music at the Powder Keg bar beginning at 3pm on December 31 at Powder Mountain. This improvisational rock band from Salt Lake City grooves out with funk, cinematic, and spacey jams that can't help but get you dancing.
On January 1, nurse your hangover in the Powder Keg with Pow Mow's New Year's Day Celebration. Steaming bowls of hot ramen and chicken wing specials will abound from 12noon–6pm and the first 50 attendees will score free Powder Mountain swag!

SNOWBASIN RESORT
Jam out to free après music in the Cinnabar at Snowbasin Resort on December 31 from 3:30-6:00pm. Scrumptious menu items can be paired with craft cocktails and delicious drinks to the tunes of Cherry Thomas.

SNOWBIRD
Snowbird will offer a jam-packed week with Santa's Christmas Eve Fireworks and a torchlight parade on December 24. Peep the calendar for the full run down of action at the Bird. There will be a Kid's Torchlight Parade down Chickadee on Wednesday, December 27 with ski patrol.
The following weekend, Snowbird will host a New Year's Eve Torchlight Parade with fireworks on the Plaza Deck near the tram. The festivities will run from 6–6:30pm with fire pits and hot cocoa.
If you're looking for a great meal, then make reservations for New Year's Eve Dinner at the Aerie. This rooftop restaurant offers jaw dropping mountain views and it'll arguably be the best perch from which to enjoy the fireworks. Gourmet dining options will ensure your last meal of 2023 is your best. Live music will be offered at the Aerie from 4pm until midnight. If this sounds like your jam, be sure to snag a reservation!

SOLITUDE MOUNTAIN RESORT
Magic and music abound at Solitude on the last eve of 2023! Kick off the festivities with a free Alphorn concert on the Moonbeam Plaza from the Salzburger Echo group. These folks will be wielding their 12-foot alphorns and Swiss cowbells to create a thrilling harmony while yodeling old-world and contemporary folk music from the high alpine zones of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is not to be missed! Catch the action from 3–3:30pm on Sunday, December 31.
Next up, pack the kids off to Last Chance Lodge for a free magic show from 4:30-5:30pm. Lasagna dinner will then be served in the lodge to fuel everyone for the big night. The main show at Solitude will then kick off at 6:30pm with the synchronized, torch-lit team. View the spectacle from the Last Chance Lodge as the fireworks ignite when the torchlight parade reaches the lower mountain.

SUNDANCE MOUNTAIN RESORT
Welcome 2024 at one of the most scenic resorts in Utah, Sundance! The eponymous Owl Bar will be hosting a New Year's Eve Party from 8pm until 12:30am on January 1. The theme is Margaritaville with live music from the Hardy Brothers, specialty craft cocktails, and a holiday-themed menu. There's a cover charge of $15 which includes a glass of bubbles for a midnight toast.
