Nailing first tracks anywhere is sweet, but nailing first tracks on James Peak at Powder Mountain after over 20" of new is, well...the good life indeed.
While I would have made fewer turns, when it's this good and you hiked to it I can understand getting all the turns you can muster. Such was the case when Brian Smith got the coveted first on James Peak.
